Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook. Customers are
requested to carefully review all product images, videos, descriptions, and prices before confirming
the order. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. - Pricing & Payment
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Partial Cash on Delivery (COD). For Partial
COD, 50% advance payment is mandatory and the remaining 50% must be paid at the time of
delivery. Orders will be dispatched only after receiving the advance payment. - Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days depending on location
and courier services. Delivery timelines are approximate and delays beyond our control are not our
responsibility. - No Return & No Refund Policy
Mamta follows a strict no return and no refund policy once the order has been delivered. - Exchange Policy
Exchange requests are accepted only if the product is damaged or different from what was shown.
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video. Exchange
approval is subject to verification by our team. - Sale & Offer Items
Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. - Product Disclaimer
Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution. Minor irregularities are natural
characteristics of handcrafted sarees and are not considered defects. - Customer Responsibility
